Sólólól
Interactive light sculpture for Vetrarhátíð (e. Winter Light Festival) 2025.
The project was funded by Reykjavíkurborg and Veitur.
The sculpture was connected to the website www.sololol.is where people could change the lights, both on site as well as at home or even on the other side of the world.
Sólólól was about longin for the summer sun in the darkest of winters and looking at different suns in other solar systems. Each colour represented a different excisting sun. Giving people the oppurtunity to bathe in the sunlight of intergalatic sunrays.
The sculpture was at Bernhöftstorfa, Bankastræti 0, 101 Reykjavík.
